SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES


Meeting Sponsorship

MTPA holds membership meetings/luncheons on a monthly basis. The meetings are held at the Waller Lansden Conference Center located at 511 Union Street, Suite 2700, Nashville, TN. A typical meeting consists of a three course lunch served buffet style. Each meeting also features a speaker who discusses current events that effect the paralegal profession.

The cost to attend a meeting is $13 for MTPA members and $15 for guests/non-members.

Regular monthly meetings are limited to two non-competing Sponsors. Any special events or meetings may be co-sponsored by multiple Sponsors.

Each Sponsor will be encouraged to invite guests and otherwise stimulate attendance at the sponsored meeting. Guest tables of the Sponsor are limited to one table of eight at any meeting. Potential paralegal members of MTPA who are guests of the sponsor at this table may attend at the member rate of $13.

3. Luncheon/Meeting fee wavied for up to two (2) Sponsor Member representatives


4. Sponsor Member may place brochures, favors or handouts at the seat of each attendee or on the registration table for attendees to pickup as they enter and/or leave the meeting


5. The Sponsor will be given two minutes at the microphone to make a brief presentation to attendees.


6. A sign (up to 24" x 36") may be placed at the registration table to recognize the Sponsor of the MTPA lunch meeting
